Star Sailors Tier List Criteria

Our tier rankings evaluate Partners across multiple combat scenarios: story progression, Descent Raid bosses, Rift challenges, and Alliance Raids. S-tier Partners excel in most situations and can carry teams independently. A-tier Partners are strong but often need specific team setups. B-tier Partners serve early and mid-game before being replaced. C-tier Partners are generally not worth investing resources into.

We separate Battle Partners (frontline fighters), Assist Partners (backline supports and debuffers), and Monster Partners (passive bonus providers). Each category has different evaluation criteria based on their role in the 6-slot team composition.
